Such awareness is like living with a snake in the room;
You watch its every movement, you are very, very sensitive to the slightest sound it makes
Such a state of attention is total energy;
In such awareness the totality of yourself is revealed at an instant.
Differentiate between being and doing. What we do does not define who we are. If we let the material world (possessions, accomplishments, social entourage) define us, we will spend a life-time comparing ourselves with others rather than focusing on living the present moment.
Be the master of your mind not its slave. Focus on your breathing to stop compulsive thinking. Doing so allows you to observe and reflect upon your thought processes, discard harmful thoughts and allow you to welcome the positive energy of the present.
